Deep groove sensors are suitable for measuring the surface roughness of grooves with a width greater than 3mm and a depth less than 10mm, or steps with a height less than 10mm. They are specialized tools for measuring complex geometric surfaces in precision manufacturing. The following is the core information:

1. Measurement scene

Deep grooves, steps, narrow grooves and other areas that conventional sensors cannot reach.

· Compatible with plane and cylindrical surface measurement (requires use with a measurement platform).
