HEF-2501 Multi-Frequency Array Eddy Current Testing Equipment for Aerospace & Petrochemical
HEF-2501 array eddy current detector is an array multi-frequency eddy current detector. It can detect defects in metal materials in real time and effectively, distinguish alloy types, heat treatment states and thickness changes, etc. The test results obtained by combining multiple detection methods can facilitate the comprehensive data analysis and mutual verification by the inspectors, thereby obtaining a more objective and true evaluation. It is particularly applicable to pre-service and in-service non-destructive testing in fields such as aviation, aerospace, power, nuclear engineering, metallurgy, shipping, petrochemicals, and automobiles.

• The data acquisition of the C-scan view can quickly and effectively detect defects and locate them.
• Supports measurement of pipe wall thickness thinning, surface defect detection and depth measurement, measurement of thickness of surface coatings and plating layers of metal materials, and sorting of various metal materials and hardness.
• It has 32 comprehensive processing (mixing) units: capable of simultaneously separating or suppressing multiple groups of interference signals;
