HEF-39RFT EDDY CURRENT TESTER

HEF-39RFT eddy current instrument with remote-field technology is a new generation of eddy current instrument. With full-digital, multi-frequency and multi-channel, HEF-39RFT is a versatile system offering a comprehensive array of electromagnetic testing techniques within a single instrument. HEF-39RFT can be used to inspect flaws of non-ferromagnetic and ferromagnetic tubing materials, such as pitting, corrosion, vibrations wear, steam erosion and cracking.

Combined all the advanced testing capabilities of HEF-39 with a highly sensitive remote field technology option, HEF-39RFT is an ideal solution for a broad range of tubing applications in the petroleum chemical and power generation industries, where inspection of both nonferromagnetic and ferromagnetic materials is required. In contrast to other ferromagnetic tubing inspection, HEF-39RFT provides not only a more complete --100% coverage with inner and outer surface discontinuity detection, but also thickness measurement -- in a fraction of the time.

Gain Adjustment

Adjustable gain from 0 to 90 dB in 0.5 dB steps.

Phase

360-degrees phase shift in steps of 1-degree, the impedance plane can be rotated during modification for erase of operation.

Colored real-time display of x-y impedance plane and/or strip chart signals.
A-scan and C-scan displays
Display 3-stimulate x-y signals, 2 built-in strip chart signals
Delay erase display mode
