How to install the battery:

1. Install the battery;

2. Long press the "start switch" for more than 0.5 seconds, and the white light will stay on for 3 seconds to indicate successful power-on;

3. After successful power-on, if there is no work, the white light will flash every 3 seconds;

4. After power on, the magnetic detector will automatically power off if there is no operation for more than 2 minutes.

Power off method:

There are two ways to power off:

1. Unplug the battery directly;

2. If the magnetic detector is not operated for more than 2 minutes, the power will be cut off automatically.

Flaw detection operation method:

1. Fully charge the battery and install a fully charged battery;

2. Use the foot adjuster to adjust the proper foot spacing;

3. Long press the "start switch" for more than 0.5 seconds to turn on the power;

4. If it is a model with UV lamp, switch the black and white light according to the needs of flaw detection;

5. Press the "start switch" to perform AC magnetic particle inspection, and the black and white light will automatically light up;

6. Release the "start switch" to stop the magnetic particle inspection, and the black and white light will go out;

7. After the flaw detection is over, just make sure that the "start switch" has been released. At this time, when the magnetic detector is not operated for more than 2 minutes, the power will be automatically cut off.

Remaining battery check:

1. The remaining power can be checked when the battery is alone or installed on the electromagnetic probe;

2. The battery indicator is on the top of the battery. A single vibration will trigger the internal switch and the battery indicator will light up;

3. Determine the remaining battery power from the table below according to the color of the battery indicator;

4. The different display modes of the power indicator indicate different remaining power, as shown in the following table:

Precautions:

1. Please do not work with no load for a long time. When the remaining power is insufficient, please remove the battery and charge it with the supporting special charger. When the charger indicator turns from red to green, the charging ends.

2. The instrument has been discharged when it is shipped, so please charge it before using it for the first time. If you need to travel long distances, please run out of electricity, which is safer.

3. The instrument is extremely sensitive to the charging voltage and current, and the original charger of the machine must be used for charging. If you use other chargers to charge the battery of this machine, there will be potential safety hazards. The company will not be responsible for all consequences caused by this.

4. Both the illuminating lamp and the ultraviolet lamp are strong light sources, so direct eyes are forbidden;

5. Ultraviolet light will harm the human body to some extent, so avoid direct exposure to the human body;

6. If this product is not in use temporarily, please charge the power supply with 50%-60% power, and then store it in an environment where the temperature is 20℃±5℃, the relative humidity is 45%-85% and children are not easy to reach.
